Refund and Returns Policy

At autorendix.com, we want your shopping experience to be clear and predictable. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for domestic orders only placed on autorendix.com (the “Site”).

1) 14-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • new, unused, and uninstalled
  • in its original condition and packaging (where applicable)
  • returned with all included accessories, manuals, and parts (if applicable)
  • supported by proof of purchase (order number)

2) Items Not Accepted for Return

Returns may be refused for:

  • items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (where indicated)
  • gift cards
  • items that are used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • items returned incomplete (missing parts/accessories/packaging where applicable)

If a return is not eligible, we will let you know after reviewing your request.

3) If Something Arrives Wrong or Damaged

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, contact Customer Support at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery:

  • wrong item received
  • item damaged in transit
  • item defective or not functioning as described
  • missing parts or missing items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging (and any visible damage)
  • a short explanation of the problem

Depending on the situation and availability, we may offer a replacement, an exchange (if available), a partial refund, or a full refund.

4) How to Request a Return

To start a return, email Customer Support at [email protected] and include:

  • order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • reason for return
  • photos (recommended; required for damage/defect claims)

If approved, we will send return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or declined.

5) Return Shipping and Costs

  • If we made an error (wrong item, defective item, or damage in transit), we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.
  • For all other returns (e.g., changed mind, ordered incorrectly, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Reminder: All orders ship free from autorendix.com, but return shipping may still apply based on the reason for return.

6) Refund Timing and Method

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
  • refunds generally cover the item price only (unless otherwise required by law or confirmed in writing)

7) Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, contact Customer Support at [email protected]. Exchanges depend on stock availability. In some cases, returning the item and placing a new order may be the quickest option.

8) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact Customer Support as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow the return process after delivery.
